Welcome to Phone Plug. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including phone repairs, device sales, and accessories. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Services Provided
- Phone Repairs: Screen, battery, charging port repairs, etc.
- Buy & Sell: Trade-in and pre-owned devices.
- Accessories: Cases, chargers, protectors, and more.
- Pick-Up & Drop-Off: Free within 10-mile radius.
3. Repair Terms
Device Assessment
We assess and quote before any repair. You can decline without charge.
Repair Timeframe
Most repairs complete same-day, depending on parts.
Data Backup
We are not responsible for data loss — please back up your device before repair.
4. Warranty Information
All repairs include a 90-day warranty for parts and labor. Warranty excludes accidental or water damage and third-party interference.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is required upon completion. Accepted: cash, card, bank transfer. Prices include VAT unless stated.
6. Cancellations & Returns
Cancel anytime before work starts. Returns accepted within 14 days in original condition with proof of purchase.
7. Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the repair or product cost. We’re not liable for indirect losses or pre-existing damage.
8. Device Collection
Collect within 30 days of notification to avoid £5/week storage fees. After 90 days, uncollected devices may be recycled.
9. Intellectual Property
All Phone Plug content (logo, text, images) is protected. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
